Can I apply for finance?

Yes. We have 2 finance options. You can either apply for weekly, fortnightly or monthly finance with Snap Finance or pay monthly finance only with Dividebuy (for customers with excellent credit history).

How do I apply for finance?

To apply for Snap Finance, please add the item you wish to order to checkout. You will then receive a notification from us to state that we have received your request to apply for finance. One of our sales reps shall be in touch with you within 24-48 hours to go through the application form or alternatively you can call through to us on 0800 774 7224 or 01422 751371

How soon will I get a decision? 

In most cases you will be given an instant decision as to whether or not you have been approved or declined however in some instances it can take slightly longer.

Will a credit check be carried out?

Your application will be assessed on eligibility, credit history and affordability.

Do I need to be in full time employment to apply for finance?

You do not need to be in full time employment as long as you have an income of either £200 per week or £867 per month. This can be through employment and benefits.

How does it work?

* Get up to £2,000 paid for your furniture

* Spread the repayments over 12 months 

* Repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit you
* Clear the loan within 12 weeks and pay no interest
* There is a £30 deposit to pay upfront
* Minimum 18 years to apply

Can I get all items on finance?

Not all items are available on finance such as the exclusive sofa range. If you are unsure please ask.

What is the manufacturers guarantee?

There is a 1 years manufacturers guarantee and this is only on the framework of the sofa suite, it does not cover wear and tear.

What is Bonded Leather?

Bonded leather is made by shredding leather remains and leather fibre, then mixing it with bonding materials. The mixture is next extruded onto a fibre cloth, or paper backing, and the surface is usually embossed with a leather-like texture or grain. Colour and patterning, if any, are a surface treatment that does not penetrate like a dyeing process would. The natural leather fibre content of bonded leather varies.

Where are the legs to my sofa bed?

These are normally found in the back of the sofa bed in a zip.

Can I get a discount?

We wholesale our stock too so you can contact us if you wish to bulk buy from us to see if any discounts are available. In addition if you want to pay cash on delivery we can offer you a discount, please ask one of our sales reps.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take up to 3 weeks. If the item is made to order it can take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. This is only a rough timescale. We have to take into account factors such as manufacturing delays or delivery delays too. We will keep you updated with any changes to the delivery dates.

Will the sofa be taken into my house?

Yes. It will be taken to the ground floor only unless you have agreed to pay extra and asked for it to be taken to a higher floor. What are the delivery charges?

We deliver all across the UK making sure that all items are delivered carefully using our 2 man delivery service. The delivery charges are as follows:

Delivery Zones:

London – £60 (excluding RH, TN, ME,CT this is an additional £20 – £50)

Wessex – £75

East Anglia – £60 (excluding NR, IP, CO, CM, SS this is an additional £20-£75)

Midlands – £60 (excluding HR, GL this is an additional £20 – £50

North West – £60

Northern – £60

Scotland – £75 (excluding FK, KY, PA, this is additional £75. PH, DD, AB is additional £150. IV KW – do not deliver here

South West – additional £75- £150

North East – £60

Ireland – £150

Wales – £75

Deposits:

Why do i need to pay a deposit?

The reason we ask for a deposit is to secure your order.

Can i get a refund on my deposit?

All deposits are non-refundable as we have to order stock in depending on what you have requested.

How can i pay my deposit?

You can either make payment of your deposit over the phone or make a bank transfer into our account.

What do I do if I have have a faulty item and I want to raise a complaint about this?

If you have a problem with the item that you have ordered and want to raise a complaint so that it can be investigated further you can call us on 0800 774 7224 or 01422 751371, email us on info@furnicoliving.co.uk or send us a message via LiveChat

Once you have informed us about your complaint we will ask you to send us an email highlighting your concerns. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.

What will I be required to provide?

If you have a faulty item we will request you to send us clear pictures of what the problem is so that we can investigate into this matter further.

What happens after I have provided pictures?

Once we have received the pictures we will aim to provide you with a decision within 14 working days as to what action we will take unless we require additional time and we will inform you of this.

We will look to either replace your item, further inspect your item (this requires a home visit should our suppliers wish to come out to your house and see what the problem is), ask for further evidence, offer a partial refund or full refund and collection where necessary.

What happens after a decision has been made about my complaint? 

If you are happy with the outcome of your complaint we will send you a final email confirming the decision that we have agreed upon. You will need to respond back to the email to confirm that you are happy for the complaint to be closed.
